For most of us, Laundry Day, feels like we are mucking through the Swamps of Sadness. If you can afford to outsource your laundry, please do. But if you can’t, then try batching as much of the laundry as you can. Batching helps with efficiency but also with mental clarity as well. If you know there’s one certain day of the week that you do the laundry, then your mind is free to ignore the ever-growing pile of clothes during the other six days of the week.
